Beautiful Pre Dawn Photos on the Lake This Morning

I decided to head out to a boat ramp within a few minutes of my house early this morning. I love pre-sunset as it's usually a serene time to be alone with my thoughts and take in beautiful nature. Unfortunately, I broke the ball head on my tripod. But, I improvised and used a monopod layed across a pier to carefully stabilize my camera for some long exposures in the pre-dawn light. This is a full 30 second long exposure (notice the clouds moving!). I really enjoy shooting during this time of day. More to come!
